Shot using NEX 7 with 16mm lens. I wish I had my tripod with me. I was aiming for atleast 5 stops in a much lower aperture but my hands were not steady at all and I was trying to avoid noise by going for a higher ISO. I’m happy I got the overall effect I wanted though I was really hoping for a sharper result.
Just bought some stuff that came along with a free CCTV lens and an adapter for my camera. So I played around with it just to give it a test run.
It’s quite hard to get the right focus and even if you decrease your aperture it does not widen the sharpened areas, it just makes the sharpened center area sharper. Shooting a moving object is really a challenge. This lens is really cheap so I was really not expecting much but it was really fun to use especially about how you can almost effortlessly create depth of field.

A very relaxing time with family, that’s my son on the image. Too bad though my son forgot to bring in the camera so I ended up using my phone for this photo.
